Cancellation & Refund Policy

At RenderRides, we aim to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital content and mentorship-based programs, our refund policy is outlined below:
1. Digital Downloads
Refunds for digital products (such as scene files or asset packs) are handled through Gumroad.
Each product may have a specific refund window, which will be clearly stated on the product page. If eligible, you may request a refund within that timeframe through Gumroad or by contacting us directly.
Please note that in general, once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we may not be able to process a refund unless otherwise stated.
2. Online Programs & Mentorships
Enrollment in cohort-based programs (like The Dream Render Workshop) is non-refundable once the program has started or access has been granted. This includes:

Invitations to private communities

Access to mentorship calls or group resources
If you made a purchase by mistake or wish to cancel before the program begins or access is granted, please reach out to us at support@renderrides.com. We’ll be happy to help.
3. Presale Purchases
If you purchased a program or product as part of a presale, you may request a refund anytime before content access is delivered.
Once access is granted or content goes live, the standard refund terms for that product will apply.
