1. Delivery Method

Upon successful purchase, customers will receive access to:

• Digital downloads (such as scene files or asset packs)

• Online programs and video content

• Private community or mentorship portals (if applicable)
   

Access is provided through one or more of the following:

​

• Email confirmation (for digital downloads only — typically via Gumroad)

• Direct access through the RenderRides website or course platform

• A follow-up message from support@renderrides.com with any additional instructions

2. Delivery Timeline

​

• Digital downloads are typically delivered instantly after payment.

• Program access or community invites may take a few hours if setup is manual.

3. Presale Products

Some offers may be sold as presale products, meaning content is not yet available at the time of purchase.

4. No Physical Shipping

RenderRides does not offer any physical products.

There is no courier, postal delivery, or shipping involved.
